You’re invited to Highpoint at Fort Mill for a celebration of moving more and living well! In honor of National Exercise Day, we’ve planned an entire day full of different ways to exercise – not to mention have some fun. It’s your chance to try something new among good company at our beautiful, active community:
Thursday, April 18
10:00 a.m. Lower Body Longevity (Fitness Studio)
10:30 a.m. Cardio Boxing (Fitness Studio)
1:30 p.m. Gentle Seated Yoga (Fitness Studio)
2:00 p.m. Strength Training (Fitness Studio)
2:30 p.m. Cardio Drumming (Fitness Studio)
3:00 p.m. Ageless Abs (Fitness Studio)
4:00 p.m. Rooftop Yoga & Smoothie Happy Hour (Rooftop Lounge & Patio)
All classes can be modified and adapted for any level of fitness. Participants will primarily be seated in chairs with some standing – with the exception of Rooftop Yoga, where participants will use mats on the floor.
